Mr. Ruple brings over 25 years of leadership experience in software development, marketing and business development of high-technology networking products to FireRock. Ruple has played significant roles in launching, fund raising, and growing start-ups along with new product divisions in large companies. Scott has held senior positions at PacketMotion, Coalsere, JNI, Emulex, G2 Networks, Motorola, and Ungermann-Bass. He co-founded Coalsere, a software start-up and one of the pioneering companies in Tier-0 storage. As a senior executive at JNI, Ruple was a key member of the team that led JNI to one of 1999's hottest IPO's along with driving revenue to over $100M. Mr. Ruple has undergraduate degrees in Accounting and in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona along with an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Parsons has over 20 years of design, development and senior engineering management experience in the storage industry spanning disk controllers, host bus adapters, SAN gateways, and secure storage switches. Using her in-depth knowledge of storage and development methodologies, she has lead the design, development, and timely delivery of several successful, multi-discipline, leading-edge products. Allison's experience includes both start-ups and well established enterprises including: PacketMotion, G2 Networks, and SAN Valley Systems, ISS Sperry Univac, Seagate Technology, and Maxtor. Ms. Parsons holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Santa Clara University with coursework towards her Masters Degree in Engineering Management.

Tracy J. Crowe - Vice President, Marketing & Sales

Mr. Crowe brings over 25 years of marketing, business development and international business experience in computer systems, networking, wireless communications, enterprise and consumer software. Prior to FireRock, Crowe co-founded and managed a successful marketing and sales consulting firm. He has led several teams that have won recognition for marketing and products. Crowe was VP of Marketing for JNI Corporation, where he helped drive JNI’s revenue growth to over $100M in two years. Crowe has also held senior positions at Neterion, Qualcomm, Emulex and Hewlett-Packard. Crowe holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering from Stanford University with industry course work in product management/marketing, international business and organizational development.
